When working for a specific carrier, you must always follow their specific guidelines as these macros and templates were created with no specific carrier in mind. All carriers have their own internal guidance of how claims should be written when handling a claim on their behalf.

Each claim is unique in handling, and the use of these macros and templates are simply a tool to assist you in streamlining the estimating process. The end-user should always check their estimates to ensure they are written accurately per any carrier or client expectations.
